Compassion is looking with your heart as well as your eyes


Seeing with the heart is wonderful. To see the whole of yourself as a vibrant living person rather than individual bits you don’t like means judgement stops. Stepping out into nature and seeing your whole self as part of the whole of nature can be liberating and joyous. Look what we are all part of and how much we are interconnected. Look how much compassion we have for the flowers, trees and wildlife and find a way to share that with ourselves. This is what happens with #placefulness, it grounds us in the world and helps ease our own self judgement. Finding compassion can begin with a step outside.
