About the Event
Many of my clients who want to change their organisation either can’t quite start or change one thing after another without a pause. It is rare that I work for leaders in organisations who complete the gestalt cycle and reach a fertile void.
During 2018 I took some time to stop and I became curious about my own phenomenological experience of the gestalt cycle. What am I feeling when? How do I know where I am in the Gestalt cycle of change? Am I in the liminal space (or closure, or the fertile void?) Am I reaching a point of burn-out?
During this workshop I will provide some small experiments where we can explore together our phenomenological responses. Are you starting these experiments from the fertile void or are you starting from a different place? How do you know? What do you feel? What is that telling you? How do you want to respond now?
It will be a time to experiment, explore and share feelings, awareness and wisdom together to help us know more about where and when our creative selves emerge.
